I didn't really notice I was gaining weight. Once I saw my growth chart and realized what my future weight would be, I wanted to make a change. It was hard to stop eating at first. I would cut down in spurts. But I did finally make it. I ate more often but smaller amounts -- maybe five times per day. Another big change: don't snack while you are playing computer or video games. Once you make a commitment, you can do it on you own with a little guidance at first. — Ordie |
